Overlooking a west-facing shoreline known for stunning sunsets, this home is built around a panoramic vista of Casco Bay — with dramatic 14-foot folding doors, an open floor plan, and an expansive deck ingeniously landscaped to avoid the need for view-interrupting railings.

In addition to making the most of this one-of-a-kind setting, our clients wanted a lasting touchstone for their family, with a private dock, a generous kitchen, three en suite bedrooms, a wine cellar, custom millwork and cabinetry — and the attention to detail and quality worthy of a legacy home. To this we added a high-performance energy envelope, robust air-quality management, and low-maintenance construction techniques up to the challenge of coastal conditions.

Our expertise in managing shoreland projects was key — including navigating complex zoning and permitting requirements, integrating shoreline stabilization and oceanfront-appropriate landscaping, and supervising design and construction of a 300-foot pier.
